1. Terms of Use

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable Australian laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

The materials contained on this website are protected by applicable Australian copyright and trade mark law. You must be 18 years of age or older to engage with our services or participate in any SMS communications program.

2. Use Licence

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Strategic Marketing Partners website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

       Modify or copy the materials

Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)

Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Strategic Marketing Partners website

Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server

This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Strategic Marketing Partners at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this licence, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. SMS and Text Message Communications

By providing a mobile telephone number and opting in to receive SMS or text message communications associated with a campaign delivered by Strategic Marketing Partners on behalf of a client, you agree to the following terms.

3.1 Consent to Receive Messages

By submitting a mobile number through any opt-in mechanism associated with a campaign managed by Strategic Marketing Partners, the individual expressly consents to receive SMS or MMS messages from the relevant campaign sender. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3.2 Message Frequency and Content

Message frequency varies depending on the campaign. Messages may include:

       Re-engagement and follow-up communications

       Appointment reminders and booking confirmations

       Service updates and notifications

Responses to enquiries submitted through campaign opt-in mechanisms

3.3 Message Costs

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier for sending and receiving text messages.

3.4 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive further campaign SMS communications unless you choose to opt back in. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at [[email protected]].

3.5 Help and Support

For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at [[email protected]]. You can also visit our website at [your website] for support.

3.6 Carrier Availability

Our SMS service is available on most major Australian mobile carriers. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier or network issues.

3.7 No Sharing of Consent

Your consent to receive SMS messages as part of a campaign managed by Strategic Marketing Partners will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Message consent is specific to the campaign you have opted into only.

3.8 Compliance with the Spam Act 2003

All SMS communications managed by Strategic Marketing Partners are sent in compliance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the guidelines of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). All messages contain a functional unsubscribe mechanism. We will never send commercial electronic messages without consent.

4. Client Services and Engagements

Where you engage Strategic Marketing Partners to deliver services, the specific terms of your engagement — including scope of work, fees, payment terms, deliverables, and timelines — will be set out in a separate Services Agreement or Statement of Work. Strategic Marketing Partners offers a range of marketing services including, but not limited to, database reactivation, marketing strategy, campaign management, AI-assisted lead engagement, and fractional CMO services.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and your Services Agreement, the Services Agreement prevails.
